摘要
介绍了热喷涂技术的基本原理及在鞍钢的成功应用实例,同时就热喷涂易出现的孔隙率高、结合强度低的问题进行分析,提出了用喷焊方法解决结合强度低的问题.
Introduce the basic principle of thermal spraying technology and its successful application in Angang.The problem of high porosity and low bonding strength caused from thermal spraying are analyzed.The method of spray welding is proposed so as to solve the problem of low bonding strength.
