摘要
衣原体(Chlamydia)是一种重要的胞内致病菌,其感染可引起多种疾病并常导致并发症。在衣原体感染过程中,宿主多种细胞参与免疫调控以抵抗衣原体的感染。CD8^+T细胞通过其跨膜受体(T cell receptor,TCR)识别抗原,从而在T细胞介导的抗衣原体感染中发挥了至关重要的作用,其抗感染机制可能与分泌细胞因子有关。现就CD8^+T在衣原体感染过程中的产生、募集、应答机制以及所介导的免疫病理反应作一概述,旨在为衣原体疫苗研制提供新的思路。
Chlamydia is a group of obligate intracellular organisms which could cause disesses and complications.Multiple arms of immune system participate in the control of chlamydia in infected hosts. CD8^+T cells play a crucial role in T cellmediated anti-Chlamydia infection by recognizing antigen through TCR. Chlamydia may be associated with such an anti-infection mechanism involved in the secretion of cytokine. This review focus on the mechanism of CD8^+T cell,such as induction,recruitment,response,and immunopathology in Chlamydia,in order to provide new insights into development of related vaccine.
