阿卡波糖联合自制太平糖克浓缩丸治疗糖耐量损伤临床疗效观察

Acarbose combined with Self-made Taiping Tang Ke Pill Treatment of Impaired Glucose Tolerance in Clinical Observation

目的:观察阿卡波糖联合自制太平糖克浓缩丸治疗糖耐量损伤(IGT)的临床疗效。方法:将84例糖耐量减低患者随机分为实验组与对照组各42例。饮食运动指导下对照组患者以阿卡波糖治疗,实验组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上加用自制太平糖克浓缩丸治疗,观察比较两组空腹血糖(FPG)及餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)和糖负荷2h胰岛素(2hINS)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、体质量指数(BMI)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)等指标变化。结果:两组治疗后空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖、空腹胰岛素、糖耐量2h后胰岛素、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、体重指数、低密度脂蛋白等指标都有明显下降(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白升高,实验组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿卡波糖联合自制太平糖克浓缩丸治疗糖耐量损伤,疗效明显,可为中西医结合治疗糖耐量损伤提供参考。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acarbose combined with homemade grams of sugar pill treatment of impaired glucose tolerance.Methods:84 patients with impaired glucose tolerance were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each with 42 cases.Under the guidance of the diet and exercise control group with acarbose treatment,while the experimental group on the basis of using self-made Taiping Tang Ke pill treatment,the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 hblood glucose,fasting insulin and sugar load 2 hinsulin,total cholesterol,triglyceride,body mass index,body mass index,high-density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein in two groups were observed and compared.Results:The two groups after treatment fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 hblood glucose,fasting insulin and glucose tolerance after 2 hinsulin,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,body mass index and other indicators are significantly decreased(P<0.05),high density lipoprotein increased,the treatment effect of the experimental group than the control group.(P<0.05)Conclusion:Acarbose combined with self-made Taiping Tangke concentrated pill has obvious curative effect on impaired glucose tolerance,which can provide reference for the treatment of impaired glucose tolerance by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
