中医药治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征研究进展

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征作为一种多发病、常见病,随着发病率的逐年提高,越来越引起社会重视。该病可严重影响患者的身体健康和生活质量,目前西医诊断明确,但治疗手段有限,尚无特效治疗药物。中医药治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征疗效显著,在减轻并发症、缓解临床表现、降低机体损伤方面有极大优势,但还存在着很大的探索余地,如阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的中医病因病机没有确切定论、辨证分型尚未有明确共识等,需进一步研究。

In recent years,obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS)is a common disease and common disease.As the incidence of obstructive sleep apnea is increasing year by year,more and more attention has been paid to the society.This disease can seriously affect the health and quality of life of the patients.At present,the diagnosis of Western medicine is clear,but the treatment means is limited and no special therapeutic drug at present.The curative effect of TCM treatment for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome is remarkable.It has great advantages in reducing complications,relieving clinical manifestations and reducing body damage.But there is still a lot of room for exploration,such as OSAS’s TCM etiology and pathogenesis,and the syndrome differentiation and classification of OSAS has not been clear.The consensus and so on need further study and discovery.
