摘要
采用铜-钢复合板做管板,紫铜做换热管的换热器,换热管与管板要求强度胀加密封焊。由于紫铜具有较高的热导性,焊接时容易产生未熔合等缺陷,同时由于铜-钢线胀系数及收缩率的差异,焊接时容易发生复合层剥离。本文根据紫铜焊接的工艺特点,结合产品结构特点及产品性能要求,对焊接接头形式进行优化设计,合理安排胀焊顺序,焊接时采用具有较大熔深、能量集中的钨极氦氩混合气体保护焊,配置合理的工艺措施,获得了优质的满足要求的胀焊接头。
Heat exchanger made of copper and steel composite tubesheet and red copper tube, it will be expanded and welded. Incomplete fusion is possible because of high thermal conductivity of red copper, and the composite layer are maybe removed because of different coefficient of expansion between copper and steel. According to the characteristics of the red copper welding process, combined with product structure, product performance requirements, the form of welded joints were analyzed and optimum designed. The reasonable welding sequence was arranged. After the analysis, it is concluded that the high-quality joint can be obtained by using the tungsten inert gas shielded arc welding with high penetration and energy concentration, and the reasonable technological measures can be obtained.
