摘要
通过对某化工项目的大型折流杆换热器的设计制造攻关,实现了折流杆换热器的设计优化,折流杆管束制造优化。对折流栅的结构进行优化设计,增加折流栅的刚度,加强每组折流栅整体性。通过工装设计,实现了多组折流栅的高精度制作,使大型折流杆管束在壳体内盲穿换热管,降低了大型折流杆管束的装配难度。
The design and manufacture of a large rod-baffle heat exchanger for a chemical engineering project were dealt with, and the design and optimization of the baffle heat exchanger and the manufacturing optimization of the baffle tube bundle were realized. The structure of the baffle is optimized to increase the stiffness of the baffle and strengthen the integrity of each group. Through the tooling design, the high precision production of multiple sets of baffles was realized, so that the large baffle tube bundle could be passed through the heat exchanger pipe in the shell, which reduced the difficulty of assembling the large rod-baffle tube bundle.
