介绍了目前国内制造并出口的采用厚板不锈钢拼接管板、换热管规格最大的大直径热交换器的制造过程和特点、阐述了关键制造工序及制造难点的解决方案,为制造类似的大型热交换器设备积累了经验。

The manufacturing processes of the heavy section heat exchanger with tubesheet be assembled and welded of the thickest stainless plate and with the largest size tubes were introduced, the heat exchanger was the largest equipment which was manufactured in China and exported to Japan. The manufacturing difficulties and the solutions were detailed described. Valuable experiences are accumulated for manufacturing of the similar heavy section heat exchangers.
