摘要
本文通过介绍晋华炉(水煤浆水冷壁废锅气化炉)新型煤气化技术,在阳煤丰喜肥业(集团)临猗分公司20万吨甲醇装置气化改造项目中的运行情况,叙述气流床加压气化装置核心设备带辐射废锅(辐射式蒸汽发生器)晋华炉在煤化工和石化行业成功应用优势及示范工程案例,供业内参考。
In this paper, by introducing the experiences of the furnace(coal-water slurry gasifier wall waste pan) new coal gasification technology in Yangmei Fengxi Fertilizer Industry(Group) Linyi Branch 200,000 tons of methanol plant in the gasification of the renovation project operation, narrating pressurized air flow bed gasification device core equipment with radiation waste(radiant steam generator) experiences of pot furnace in coal chemical industry and petrochemical industry successful application advantages and demonstration project case, the industry for reference.
