摘要
在煤制甲醇生产装置中,加热炉至转化炉的管道用于输送高温高压下的煤气和蒸汽的混合气,要求制造这种管道的材料在高温高压下具有持久强度和抗氧化抗硫化能力。煤气和蒸汽的混合气属于易燃、易爆介质,具有极大的危险性,要求输送这种介质的管道必须安全。镍基合金Inconel690是制造这种管道的理想材料。现已运行多年无事故,说明Inconel690合金在煤制甲醇工艺管道中的应用是可行。
In the coal to methanol processing units, the pipelines which used to transport the mixture of coal gas and steam from heater to reformer require that the material made for those pipelines has high creep-rupture strength, excellent resistance to oxidation and sulfidation in high temperature and high pressure gaseous environments. It’s the most important to ensure that the pipeline must be safe for the mixture which belongs to flammable and explosive medium has a great risk. Inconel 690 alloy was an ideal material to make this kind of pipelines. Inconel 690 was feasible in the coal to methanol processing pipelines for its successful application years of no accident.
