从桑基鱼塘到工业园区的嬗变--广东顺德的案例分析

TRANSFORMATION FROM MULBERRY FISH POND TO INDUSTRIAL PARK: A CASE STUDY OF SHUNDE,GUANGDONG PROVINCE

首先分析历史上顺德桑基鱼塘生产模式及其集体协作关系,以揭示由此所形成的个体与集体关系的文化传承及其内涵。在此基础上,剖析农村工业化下村级工业园社会空间稳定性及改造路径的选择。通过分析顺德勒流龙升个体工业园的社会空间稳定性,运用桑基鱼塘时期形成的集体协作关系解释其社会空间稳定性根源,由此得出龙升个体工业园的社会空间稳定性是业主更新改造模式选择的基础,业主联合更新改造是基于此文化传承的选择。研究的结论有助于深刻理解顺德在村级工业园区升级改造中的路径选择及背后的影响因素,也可以给在快速工业化和新型城镇化中的全国其他村级工业园区改造提供借鉴和参考。

This paper starts with an analysis on the production pattern and its collective collaboration relationship of mulberry fish pond in the history of Shunde, in order to reveal the cultural tradition and its connotation of the relationship between individuals and collectives formed. On this basis, the paper discusses the socio-spatial stability and the choices of renovation paths for industrial parks at village level under the background of rural industrialization. Through the analysis on the sociospatial stability of Longsheng individual industrial park, this paper uses the collective collaborative relationship formed during the mulberry fish pond period to explain the roots of such stability and gets a conclusion that the socio-spatial stability is the basis of choices on renovation pattern by property owners in Longsheng industrial park and the joint renovation of property owners is in fact a result of cultural tradition. The conclusion will help deepen the understanding of Shunde’s path choices of village-level industrial parks and the influencing factors behind them. It can also provide reference for the transformation of village-level industrial parks amid rapid industrialization and the new urbanization.
