“城市人”视角下社区公园满意度分析及规划策略--以武汉市武昌区中南路街道为例

ANAYSIS ON SATISFACTION AND PLANNING STRATEGY OF COMMUNITY PARKS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF HOMO URBANICUS:A CASE STUDY OF ZHONGNAN ROAD AREA IN WUCHANG DISTRICT, WUHAN

社区公园是典型的"以最小气力、适当距离、优质环境去追求最大交往机会"的人居空间;以寻求使用者和服务者的共识为目标,基于"城市人"分析方法,构建"基于理性的需求共识、基于物性的规划匹配、面向典型人居的供给干预"的社区公园评价及规划方法;以武汉市中南路街道为案例,采用社会调查、回归分析、最优化分析等方法,辨识社区公园"需求方"满意度的共识;并以典型社区要素提取和对比的方法,通过人口密度、支路网密度、社区内部道路公共化程度以及公园的设施质量等空间要素的优化,对人居环境进行干预,提升社区公园的满意度,制定社区公园规划的策略。

Community park is a typical human habitation space to pursue the greatest communication opportunities with the minimum effort, appropriate distance, and the best environment. Based on the method of "Homo Urbanicus," targeting at the consensus between users and the servers, this paper constructed a community park evaluation and planning method based on rational demand consensus, physical propertybased planning matching, and supply-intervention for typical human settlement. Taking Zhongnan Road Area in Wuhan as an example, using social survey, regression analysis, optimization analysis, and other methods, it identified the recognition of community park "demand side" satisfaction. By using the typical community elements extraction and comparison method, through the density of population, road network density, the degree of public road within the community, and park facilities quality optimization of spatial elements, it intervened in the living environment, improved the satisfaction of community parks, and formulated the strategy of community park planning.
