基于总磷测定技术的喷涂污水处理工艺改进研究

摘要 针对某电气系统设备制造企业采用石灰沉淀+活性炭吸附处理涂装废水的工艺,研究了影响磷去除率的因素。基于总磷量和p H值的测定,通过对水质的监测分析,提出了相应的工艺改进措施。进行工艺改善后,喷涂污水的总磷值在2. 25mg/L以下,符合国标《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T31962-2015)的B级可排放水质标准。以上工艺改进方案经实际运行,已取得较佳的经济和环境效益,对于其他企业的类似工作具有较强的借鉴和推广价值。 The factors influencing phosphorus removal rate were studies for the treatment of coating wastewater by line precipitation add activated carbon adsorption in an electrical system equipment manufacturing enterprise.Based on the determination of total phosphorus and PH value,the corresponding technological improvement measure .were put forward through the monitoring and analysis of water quality.After the improvement of the process,the total phosphorus value <2.25mg/L meet the water quality standard of urban sewage discharge (gbt31962-2015 ), grade B water quality standard.This treatment has high technical and economic benefits and environmental benefits,and it is of great significance to the related work of similar enterprises.
