摘要 塑料吸水性测试的常用测试标准GB/T1034、ISO62和ASTM D570,在测试方法上尤其是干燥条件方面的规定差异较大。本文对尼龙(PA) 66的吸水性进行了研究,依据GB/T1034-2008(等同于ISO62∶2008)进行测试,试样50℃烘干96h后在23℃条件下蒸馏水中浸泡24h,吸水质量分数的实验室内平均值为1. 76%,标准偏差为0. 013%;实验室间平均值为1. 77%,标准偏差为0. 085%。ASTM D570-2010规定的测试条件中,烘干温度和烘干时间对PA66的吸水性影响较大,110℃干燥1h和24h分别比50℃干燥24h的24h吸水质量分数低0. 13%和0. 25%。 The common test standards for water absorption of plastics are GB/T1034,ISO 62 and ASTM D570, there are great differences in terms of test methods,especially in drying conditions.In this paper,the water absorption of nylon (PA)66 was studied.According to GB/T1034 -2008 (equivalent to ISO 62 :2008 ),the specimens are dried for 96h at 50 ℃,then placed in distilled water maintained at the temperature of 23℃ for 24h.The average absorption was 1.76%,the standard deviation was 0.013%within laboratories;and the average absorption was 1.77%,the standard deviation was 0.085%between laboratories.According to ASTM D570 -2010,the water absorption of PA66 was apprecially affected by dried temperature in 110℃,the specimen's water absorption dried in lh or 24h at 110℃ were 0.13% or 0.25% lower than the specimens'dried in 24hat 50℃.
