摘要
在医疗事业日益发展的今天,全自动生化分析仪由于灵敏度高、自动化程度好、速度快等优点而基本上取缔了半自动生化仪。卫生部临床实验室定量测定室内质量控制工作指南中明确指出测定临床样品的仪器按一定要求进行校准,但目前国家还没有专门统一的技术文件提供系统全面的校准方法,本文就将探讨一下全自动生化分析仪本身计量特性的校准方法及要求。
Today's Medical Career is Developing Increasingly,The automatic biochemical analyzer has the advantages of high sensitivity,good automation and fast speed,Semi -automatic biochemical analyzer has been banned. Guidelines for quantitative determination of indoor quality control in clinical laboratories of the Ministry of Health clearly indicate that instruments for determination of clinical samples should be calibrated according to specific requirements,However,there is no unified technical document to provide a systematic and comprehensive calibration method.This paper will discuss the calibration method and requirements of the automatic biochemical analyzer itself.
