工科院校的英语专业历来存在专业定位模糊,人才培养目标不明确的痼疾。随着大数据、人工智能等信息技术的高速发展,培养人才的高校和需要人才的社会之间可以越来越快捷地沟通与交流。这就使得高校可以对人才需求保持高度的敏感性,在第一时间调整人才培养方向。因此,在OBE理念的指导下,以社会需求为导向,以培养能力为目标,构建以学生为中心的人才培养模式就提上了日程。

In engineering colleges,there used to be the problems of ambiguous educational orientation and undefined talent cultivation objective. With the rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence,the communication between universities and the society is becoming faster and faster,which keeps the universities highly sensitive to the need of the society and enables them to adjust the talent cultivation in no time. The refore,it is of great importance to construct the teaching mode that satisfy the need of society and targets at capacity cultivation with the guide of OBE( Outcome-based Education).
