印尼雅加达高架简支变连续小箱梁墩顶连接段受力特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 以印尼雅加达收费公路项目为背景,研究印尼高架简支变连续小箱梁墩顶连接段受力特性。通过对墩顶连接段顶板钢束、板厚、隔离段长度、变截面等参数的优化分析,确定了预应力混凝土连接段和钢筋混凝土连接段的最佳构造方案。研究表明,对于预应力混凝土连接段,适当增加预应力钢束数量可减小连接段板顶拉应力;减小板厚有利于降低板顶的拉应力;隔离段长度增大反而会使得连接段上缘拉应力增大;连接段端部采用变截面不利于连接段受力。对于钢筋混凝土连接段,减小板厚是优化钢筋混凝土连接段受力特性的有效措施;隔离长度对连接段弯矩影响较小。 Taking the toll road projects in Djakarta of Indonesia as the background, this paper studies the mechanical properties of connecting section at pier top of simple-supported to continuous small-box girder of viaducts in Indonesia. According to the optimized analysis on the parameters of steel cable and thickness of top plate of the connecting section, and length and variable cross section of the separated section at the pier top, the optimum construction scheme of pre-stressed concrete connecting section and reinforced concrete connecting section is determined. The study shows that the proper increment of pre-stressed steel quantity can decrease the tensile stress of top plate in the connecting section, the decrement of plate thickness is conducive to reduce the tensile stress of the plate top, the increment of length of the separated section can make the tensile stress at the upper limb of connecting section increase and the variable cross section used at the end of connecting section is not conductive to the stress of connection section for the pre-stressed concrete connecting section. And for the reinforced concrete connecting section, the decrement of plate thickness is the effective measures to optimize the mechanical properties of reinforced concrete connecting section, and the length of connecting section has little impact on the bending moment of connecting section.
