摘要 化子闸泵站是姚江二通道(慈江)东排工程的梯级泵站之一,其主要任务是加大姚江干流东排分洪能力,提升江北、镇海片防洪排涝能力。泵站设计流量150 m3/s,设计净扬程仅0.32 m,属大流量超低扬程泵站。从水力性能、工程投资、施工和运行管理等方面综合比较,选用了竖井贯流泵装置,TJ04-ZL-07号水力模型。叶轮直径3.9 m,转速60 r/min,是目前国内最大口径和最低转速的竖井贯流泵装置。水泵结构设计的关键点是水导轴承,要求有较好的承载耐磨能力,并且在特低转速下能够形成油膜。经计算分析表明,选用巴氏合金油润滑轴承可满足安全运行要求。 Huazi Gate Pumping Station is one of step pump stations in Yaojiang River Second Passage(Cijiang River) East Discharge Project. Its main task is to increase the east-discharge flood diversion capacity of Yaojiang River, and upgrades the capacities of flood control and waterlogging drainage in the areas of Jiangbei and Zhenhai. The design flow of pumping station is 150 m3/s. Its design net lift is only 0.32 m. It is a large-flow super-low lift pumping station. According to the comprehensive comparison of hydraulic performance, engineering investment, construction and operation management, the shaft tubular pump device is selected by the hydraulic model of TJ04-ZL-07. Its impeller diameter is 3.9 m and the rotate speed is60 r/min. It is the maximum diameter and minimum rotate speed of shaft tubular pump device. The key point of design for the water pump structure is the pilot bearing of water, is required to have the good bearing and wear resistance, and can form the oil slick in the special slow rotate speed. The calculation and analysis show that the use of Babbitt metal oiling bearing can meet the safety and operation requirements.
