综合管廊总体设计标准化探索

Study on Standardization of Overall Design for Utility Tunnel

综合管廊的标准化设计是建造综合管廊工业化、产业化体系的重要基石。从规范规定到实际使用中管线安装、使用、运维等角度,对综合管廊的总体设计标准化进行了探索。梳理标准断面设计原则,从标准断面舱室数量、舱室大小、舱室布置形式方面进行标准化研究;总结平面和纵断面的设计原则,根据工程经验提出平面、纵断面的标准化设计;总结综合管廊各功能性节点设计原则,给出常见节点的布置形式。最后通过工程案例,分析了提出的方法在实际工程中的运用。

The standardization design of utility tunnel is the important headstone to build the industrialization system of utility tunnel. This paper studies the overall design standardization of utility tunnel from the installation, use, operation and maintenance of utility tunnel in the standards and practical use. This paper sorts out the standard section design principle, studies the standardization from the number of standards section cabin, dimension of cabin and layout type of cabin, summarizes the design principles of the plane and vertical section, puts forward the standardized design of plane and vertical section according to the engineering experience, sums up the design principle of every functional node of utility tunnel, gives the layout form of the common node, and finally analyzes the application of the mentioned method in the practical projects by the engineering cases.
