人类命运共同体亦是人类文化命运共同体。和而不同既是中国文化的基本特征,也是世界文化发展的价值归旨。在全球化背景下,中国文化安全面临的新挑战、新问题凸显了构建人类文化命运共同体的重要性和紧迫性。打造人类命运共同体的文化愿景就是抵制文化霸权主义,促进和而不同、兼收并蓄的文明交流。为此,必须牢固树立命运共同体意识,用“和”文化为世界文化多样发展提供中国方案;必须持续推进文化走出去战略,增强文化核心竞争力;必须以创新驱动发展,推动中国优秀传统文化创造性转化与创新性发展,实现文化自强。

The community of human destiny is also the community of human culture destiny.Harmony in diversity is one of the basic characteris- tics of Chinese culture and is also the value of cultural development of the world.In the context of globalization,the new challenges and problems of Chinese culture security reveal the significance and urgency of constructing the community of human culture destiny.The cultural vision of building the community of human culture destiny is to resist the cultural hegemony and to promote cultural exchanges which feature harmony in diversity and incorporating things of diverse nature.Therefore,we should establish the awareness of the community of human destiny firmly and provide the culture of "harmony"as Chinese proposal with the cultural diversity of the whole world.We should promote the strategies of culture stepping-out and enhance the core competitiveness of our culture.To realize our culture self-improvement,we should advance our development by innovation and boost the innovative transformation and development of our culture.
