国民教育:实现总体国家文化安全的重要路径

National Education:The Significant Path to Achieving the Overall National Cultural Security

文化安全是国家安全体系中不可或缺的重要组成部分,也是实现总体国家安全、走具有中国特色国家安全道路的必由之路。当前,国际国内形势变幻复杂,国家文化安全中传统安全与非传统安全均面临严峻挑战,建立国家文化安全国民教育体系的必要性与紧迫性十分突出。实现总体国家文化安全,必须逐步建立完善的国家文化安全的国民教育体系,将文化安全贯穿国民教育始终,形成以学校教育为主体,家庭教育、学校教育、社会教育有机结合的国家文化安全国民教育体系,走出一条具有中国特色的国家文化安全道路。

As an indispensable component of national security system, cultural security is the only path to both overall national security and national security with Chinese characteristics.Under the ever-changing domestic and international backgrounds,both conventional and unconventional components of national security are severely challenged,it is necessary and urgent to establish national education system on cultural security.To achieve overall national security,we must establish,step by step,a sound national education system on cultural security.With cultural security serving as an eternal component,the national education system with Chinese characteristics should be established,school education should play the leading role and families,schools and society should work closely with one another on cultural security.
