突破与困境:上海话剧艺术中心的体制改革

Breakthrough and Dilemma:System Reform of Shanghai Dramatic Arts Center

国有文艺院团的改革是我国文化体制改革的一个难点。作为上海唯一一家国有话剧院团,上海话剧艺术中心1995年成立后,推出了以“制作人制”与“项目聘任制”为核心的一整套改革措施,解决了资金、剧目与人才这三个戏剧资源要素的优化配置,解放了艺术生产力,走在了文化体制改革的前面。然而,由于“制作人制”的激励机制形成的创作导向与国有剧院社会责任之间的内在矛盾以及身处特定的现实环境中,上海话剧艺术中心的改革实践尚未破解戏剧创作从量变到质变的难题。

The reform of state-owned artistic troupes is a difficult point in the reform of cultural system in China.As the only state-owned theater group in Shanghai,Shanghai dramatic arts center has launched a set of reform measures centered on "Producer System"and "Project Appointment System"after it was established in 1995,which solves the optimization of the dramatic resources of fund,repertoire and talent configuration,liberate the productivity of the art.However,due to various reasons,and the reality in the specific environment,it hasn't solved the problem of art creation from quantitative to qualitative.
