摘要
民心相通是“一带一路”建设的社会根基,媒体之间开展广泛的合作则是创建和谐友好的文化生态和舆论环境,奠定坚实民意基础的重要措施。本文基于生态位理论,通过对“一带一路”战略西北六省区电视媒介的实证分析,还原、透视了西北地区电视媒介的发展和竞争格局,甄别出西北地区中更具优势的电视媒介:西北各地区电视媒介的发展脉络虽不同,但对内容资源的利用模式皆较单一,因此对生存环境的适应能力普遍不高;媒介间的竞争过程总体上呈现加剧-缓和-加剧的特征,且目前的竞争仍较为激烈;在2009-2013年的发展过程中,西北各地区电视媒介的优势地位各异,形成了高、中、低三个层次,且五年间激烈的相互竞争并未使这一格局发生实质性变化。
Understanding is the social foundation of the construction of "The Belt and Road".Extensive cooperation between the media is an important measure to create a harmonious and friendly cultural ecology and public opinion,as well as to lay a solid foundation for public opinion.Based on the niche theory and through the an empirical analysis of the TV media six provinces in northwest,this paper described and analyzed the development and the competitive landscape of TV media in the northwestern region.It also identified the TV media with superiority.The development of the northwest regional TV media is different,but the content utilization model is relatively single.So,the adaptability of the living environment is generally not high;In general,the competition between media shows the trend of intensifies-detente-intensifies,and the competition is still fierce.In the course of development between 2009 and 2013,the advantages of TV media in the northwest regions are different,forming high,middle and low levels,and the intense competition has not changed this pattern substantially.
