我院门诊抗菌药物使用情况分析

In Analysis of Use of Antibiotics Agents in our Hospital

目的:整理分析北京市顺义区空港医院(以下简称"我院")门诊抗菌药物使用情况,为指导临床合理用药提供参考。方法:整理我院2018年1～6月每月的门诊抗菌药物处方共20 981张,对处方中抗菌药物的使用量、使用率、品种、联合用药等进行统计分析,并根据抗菌药物的限定日费用(DDDc)及用药频度(DDDs)值作出经济学评价,分析其应用的合理性。结果:在20 981张抗菌药物处方中,药物联合应用处方1573张,占7.5%(1573/20 981);不合理用药处方1657张,占7.9%(1657/20 981),不合理用药主要表现为越级使用抗菌药物、无指征用药、联合应用不当、用法与用量错误等。结论:我院抗菌药物使用率基本符合国家规定低于20%的要求,但还存在诸多不合理使用的现象,应加强培训和监管。

Objective: To investigate the use of antimicrobial agents,Beijing Airport Hospital(hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") for references of carrying out phamaceutical care and guiding clinical rational use of drugs.Methods: A total of 20981 outpatient prescriptions collected from January to June in 2018 in our hospital were analyzed statistically with regard to the consumption quantity,rate of antimicrobial use,drug variety,drug combination etc.According to the DDDc and DDDs of the antimicrobial agents made economic evaluation.The rationality of the antimicrobial agents was evaluated.Results: Of the total 20981 prescriptions collected,1573(7.5%) had combination use of antimicmbial agents.Irrational prescriptions of antibiotics totaled 1657(7.9%).The irrational use of antimicrobial agents manifested as drug use in the use of leapfrog,the absence of indications,improper drug combination and error in dosage and administration etc.Conclusion: The use of antimicrobial agents in our hospital is basically in line with state regulations requiring by which the rate of antibiotic use should be at less than 20%;but,irrational use of antimicrobial agents is still severe.It is important to strengthen training and supervision.
