头霉素类药物不良反应回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of ADRs Caused by Cephamycin

目的:探讨头霉素类药物所致不良反应的发生特点与影响因素。方法:对昆山市中医医院(下称"我院")2011年1月～2017年12月上报中心的头霉素类药物不良反应进行统计分析,分析相关影响因素。结果:统计分析表明,头霉素类药物的不良反应主要涉及皮肤及其附件损害,但也有个别严重不良反应发生。药物浓度高是导致不良反应发生的危险因素。结论:应重视头霉素类药物所致不良反应的危害,在用药过程中严密观察患者情况,防止不良反应的发生。

Objective: To investigate the affecting factors and characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)induced by cephamycin.Methods: Statistical analysis was conducted on ADRs caused by cephamycin in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Kunshan(hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") submitted to the Center for ADR monitoring from January 2011 to December 2017.The analysis includes the related influencing factors of ADRs.Results: Our statistical analysis showed that major ADRs of cephamycin including skin and accessories system,but there were a few serious adverse reactions.High drug concentrations are a risk factor for adverse reactions.Conclusion: Attention should be paid to the harm of adverse reactions caused by cephamycin,and closely observe the patient′s condition and prevent adverse reactions during drug usage.
