中国海洋对外贸易发展与结构演变初探——基于WIND和WTO数据库的实证研究

Preliminary Study on the Development and Structural Evolution of Ocean Foreign Trade in China:An Empirical Study Based on WIND and WTO Database

近年来,海洋对外经济在国家对外经济中的地位日益提升,其发展对于推进海洋强国和贸易强国建设意义重大。本文初步探索了中国海洋对外贸易内涵与核算方法,利用WIND和WTO数据库,用沿海城市贸易依存度法和系数剥离法分别测算了中国海洋对外货物和对外服务贸易额。分析发现:海洋经济开放度日益提高,海洋对外贸易结构不断优化,贸易强国背景下海洋对外贸易应向科技兴贸、创新强贸方向转变,以此为民生改善、提振内需注入新活力。

In recent years, marine foreign economy has become increasingly prominent in the country′ s foreign economy. Its development is of great significance to promoting the building of a maritime power and a powerful trade nation. This paper tentatively explores the meaning and accounting method of ocean foreign trade in our country,and by using WIND and WTO databases, we estimate the total volume of China′s ocean foreign trade in goods and service by the dependence of foreign trade in coastal cities method and the coefficient-stripping method respectively. The study found that: with the increasing opening up of the marine economy, the structure of ocean foreign trade has been constantly optimized,and developing emerging maritime services trade should inject new vitality into improving people′ s livelihood and boosting domestic demand against the background of innovative development.
