江苏省近海海洋渔业资源价值评估研究

Evaluation of Offshore Marine Fishery Resources in Jiangsu

随着人类经济生活向海程度的深化,海洋渔业资源的稀缺性使其价值日益突显。但是,海洋渔业资源价值评估的文献却很少。文章在回顾相关文献和相关理论基础上,分析了海洋渔业资源价值的构成及评估方法,对江苏省近海海域海洋渔业资源的经济价值、生态价值、社会价值、存在价值、遗传价值和选择价值进行了评估,结果为3 344.08亿元,评估结果对认识海洋渔业资源价值并加强对海洋渔业资源保护具有较为重要的意义,同时也存在评估方法不够科学等问题。

With the deepening of human economic activities to the sea, the scarity of marine fishery resources, makes its value increasingly prominen. However, there are few literatrues on the value assessment of marine fishery resources. On the basis of reviewing relevant literature and related theories, this paper analyzes the composition of and the evaluation methods for the value of marine fishery resources, and evaluates the economic value,ecological value, social value, existing value, genetic value and selection value of marine fishery resources in Jiangsu coastal waters. The result is 334.408 billion yuan. The results are of great significance for understanding the value of marine fishery resources and strengthening the protection of marine fishery resources. At the same time, there are some problems such as unscientific evaluation methods.
