Patent Analysis of Agricultural Machinery

对全球农机专利年申请量、各国专利申请人及技术领域的申请布局进行了归纳分析与总结。从申请趋势上看,产业处于申请的稳定发展阶段,中国、日本、美国、韩国和德国在农机领域专利申请量较大。中国农机专利以高校和科研院所申请为主,企业专利申请较少,研发能力相对较弱。该研究可为我国智能农机发展提供参考。

Annual applications,distribution of patent applicant and technical areas of agricultural machinery were analyzed and summarized. Patent applications of agricultural machinery were in stable development stage from application trend,China,Japan,the United States,South Korea and Germany had a large number of patent applications in field of agricultural machinery.China’s agricultural machinery patents were mainly applied by universities and scientific research institutes,enterprise patent applications were few,and their research and development ability was relatively weak. Research results could provide reference for development of intelligent agricultural machinery in China.
