摘要
师生互动是教育教学的重要环节。良好的师生互动有助于弥合师生之间的知识鸿沟,促进教学相长和教育质量提升。以布拉德利·考克斯师生互动理论为分析框架,综观威廉姆斯学院师生互动的实施方式和实践经验发现,师生互动已经成为威廉姆斯学院的一种教学文化,呈现出充足的偶然性互动、多元的功能性互动、广泛的人际性互动特点。与此同时,威廉姆斯学院从全方位的资源政策保障、针对性的基金财政保障、灵活性的互动监督审查三方面稳步推进师生互动,保征了教育教学的有效开展。
Faculty-student interaction is an important part in education process. Sound interaction can not only help to reduce knowledge gap between teachers and students, but also promote mutual growth of teaching and learning and quality improvement. Based on the Bradley E. Cox’s faculty-student interaction theory and the practical experience of Williams College, this study finds that faculty-student interaction has become a kind of Williams College’s teaching culture, showing adequate incidental contact, multiple functional interaction and extensive personal interaction. To ensure the effective development of the faculty-student interaction, Williams College provides comprehensive resource policy guarantee, targeted funding security, flexible interactive supervision and review.
