摘要
目的评价2017年广州市某包装印刷企业局部通风设施整改效果,为改善企业工作环境提供依据。方法利用职业卫生现场调查法了解企业基本情况,采用职业病危害因素检测检验法与职业病防护设施检测法分别对整改前后职业病危害因素和局部通风设施进行检测、测量与评价。结果整改前甲苯短时间接触浓度(CSTEL)最大值达到150.3 mg/m^3,时间加权平均浓度(CTWA)最大值达到115.2 mg/m^3,整改后甲苯CSTEL最大值为13.6 mg/m^3,CTWA最大值为7.4 mg/m^3,整改后二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、异丙醇等化学毒物浓度也有了更进一步的降低。局部通风量提高约86.4 m^3/h。结论 2017年该企业局部通风整改措施有效可行,可为类似的包装印刷企业控制化学毒物浓度提供参考。
[Objective]To evaluate the rectify and reform effect of local ventilation facilities in a package printing enterprise in Guangzhou in 2017,and provide a basis for improving the working environment.[Methods]The occupational health field investigation was used to understand the basic situation of the enterprise,and the occupational hazard factors detection and the occupational prevention facility detection were used to detect,measure and evaluate the occupational hazard factors and local ventilation facilities before and after the rectify and reform.[Results]Before rectify and reform,the maximum value of toluene CSTELreached 150.3 mg/m^3,the maximum value of CTWAreached 115.2 mg/m^3.After rectify and reform,the maximum value of toluene CSTELwas 13.6 mg/m^3,and the maximum value of CTWAwas 7.4 mg/m^3.Chemical poison concentration such as xylene,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate and isopropanol had also been further reduced after rectify and reform.The local ventilation increased approximately 86.4 m^3/h.[Conclusion]The local ventilation facilities of this enterprise in 2017 were effective and feasible,which can provide reference for the similar package printing enterprise to control chemical toxicant concentration.
