宝鸡市新农村女性婚姻质量与心理健康水平的关系

Relationship between marriage quality and mental health of new rural women in Baoji City

目的了解2017年宝鸡市新农村女性婚姻质量与心理健康水平的关系,为新农村女性提高婚姻质量和心理健康水平提供客观依据。方法采用LOCKE-WALLACE婚姻调适测定量表和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对2017年宝鸡市3个区县596名新农村妇女的婚姻质量与心理健康水平进行调查。结果新农村女性的婚姻质量得分平均值59.25±5.52。在年龄段、文化程度、生育子女、婆媳关系和家庭冲突的新农村女性的婚姻质量得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);不同婚姻质量分级的新农村妇女在躯体化、人际关系、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病和总均分上,对其心理健康水平的影响差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),低婚姻质量组的新农村女性心理健康水平较差;婚姻质量与躯体化、人际关系、偏执、精神病、其他和总均分均呈现负相关(r值分别为-0.237、-0.150、-0.188、-0.170、-0.129、-0.093,均P<0.05);多元线性逐步回归分析,最终躯体化、文化程度、精神病、焦虑、家庭暴力及婆媳关系进入回归方程(P<0.01)。结论 2017年宝鸡市新农村女性婚姻质量和心理健康水平有密切关系,婚姻质量越高,其心理健康水平越好。

[Objective]To explore the relationship between the marriage quality and mental health of women in new rural areas of Baoji City in 2017,provide an objective basis for women in new rural areas to improve their marriage quality and mental health.[Methods]The marriage quality and mental health of 596 new rural women from three districts/counties in Baoji City in 2017 were investigated and analyzed by Locke-Wallace Marriage Adjustment Scale and SCL-90 Scale.[Results]The average score of marriage quality of new rural women was 9.25±5.52.There was a statistically significant difference in marital quality scores among new rural women in different groups of age,education level,childbearing,mother-in-law relationship and family conflict(all P <0.01).The new rural women with different marital quality grading had statistically significant difference in somatization and interpersonal relationship,hostility,terror,paranoia,mental illness and total score of mental health(all P<0.05),and the new rural women in the low marital quality group had poor mental health.Marriage quality was negatively correlated with somatization,interpersonal relationship,paranoia,psychosis,other and total score(r=-0.237,-0.150,-0.188,-0.170,-0.129,-0.093,all P <0.05).Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the somatization,education level,mental illness,anxiety,domestic violence,mother-in-law relationship entered into the regression equation(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The marriage quality is closely related to mental health of new rural women in Baoji City in 2017.The higher the quality of marriage,the better their mental health.
