癌性厌食患者血清中食欲素A水平及影响因素

Orexin A levels in serum of patients with cancer anorexia and influencing factors

目的了解癌性厌食患者血清食欲素A(Orexin A)水平,进一步探讨影响其水平高低的相关因素,为临床肿瘤患者营养治疗提供参考依据。方法收集2017年5月—2018年5月就诊于咸阳市中心医院符合纳入标准的70例肿瘤患者的血清样本及30名健康检查者的血清标本作为对照组,调查基线资料,检测血清Orexin A水平、白蛋白、总蛋白、血红蛋白及血糖等指标。结果肿瘤患者Orexin A水平为(0.63±0.062 7)ng/L,健康检查者为(0.39±0.044 1)ng/L,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在肿瘤组和健康检查组中,分性别和年龄段比较Orexin A水平,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。肿瘤患者OrexinA水平的高低与体质指数、白蛋白及血糖有关(均P<0.05)。结论癌性厌食患者血清Orexin A水平高于健康者,且与患者的体质指数、白蛋白及血糖有关,参与患者营养状态的调节。

[Objective]To understand the serum Orexin A level in patients with cancer anorexia,and further explore the related factors affecting the level of the anorexia,and provide a reference for the nutritional treatment of clinical tumor patients.[Methods]Serum samples from 70 tumor patients and 30 healthy subjects who met the inclusion criteria in Xianyang Central Hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were collected.Baseline data were investigated,and the serum Orexin A levels,albumin,total protein,hemoglobin,blood sugar and other indicators were detected.[Results]The level of Orexin A in the tumor patients was(0.63±0.0627)ng/L,and in the health examiners was(0.39±0.0441)ng/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).In the tumor group and health examination group,the level of Orexin A in different gender and age was not statistically significant(all P>0.05).The level of Orexin A in tumor patients was related to body mass index,albumin and blood glucose(all P <0.05).[Conclusion]The serum Orexin A level of patients with cancer anorexia is higher than that of healthy people,and it is related to the body mass index,albumin and blood glucose,which participates in the regulation of nutri-tional status.
