一测多评法测定复方首乌藤合剂中9种成分的含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立一测多评法同时测定复方首乌藤合剂中9种成分的方法。方法采用HPLC法,以二苯乙烯苷为内参物,分别建立二苯乙烯苷与没食子酸、对羟基苯甲酸、绿原酸、马钱苷、阿魏酸、合欢皮木脂素苷、川续断皂苷Ⅵ、五味子醇甲的相对校正因子(RCF),利用RCF计算上述8种成分的含量。同时采用外标法测定8种成分的含量,比较计算值与实测值的差异,验证一测多评法的准确性及可行性。结果一测多评法的计算结果与外标法测定结果无显著差异。结论该法操作简便,准确可靠,重复性好,可用于复方首乌藤合剂中9种成分含量的同时测定。 Objective To establish a method for quantitative analysis of multi-components with single marker(QAMS)for the simultaneous determination of nine components in compound Caulis Polygoni Multiflori mixture.Methods Stibene glucoside was taken as the internal standard substance to establish the relative correction factor(RCF)of gallic acid,p-hydroxybenzoic acid,chlorogenic acid,loganin,ferulic acid,lignin glycosides,asperosaponinⅥand schizandrol A by HPLC.The contents of the above eight components were calculated with the RCF.At the same time,the external standard method(ESM)was used to determine the above eight components,and the difference between the QAMS and ESM was compared to evaluate the accuracy and feasibility of the QAMS method.Results There was no significant difference in quantitative results between QAMS and ESM methods.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which could be used for simultaneous determination of nine components in compound Caulis Polygoni Multiflori mixture.
