避蚊胺长效防水驱蚊乳的制备及驱蚊效能评价

Preparation of a Long-acting and Water-repellent Anophelifuge Emulsion of Deet and Evaluation of Mosquito Repellency

目的研制一种兼具长效和防水功能的驱蚊产品。方法以性状、稳定性、防水性能、缓释性能为评价指标,对鲸蜡基磷酸酯2800B、黄原胶、聚维酮K30、避蚊胺用量进行单因素考察;以完全有效驱避时间为评价指标,对驱蚊效能评价。结果鲸蜡基磷酸酯2800B、黄原胶、聚维酮K30、避蚊胺的最佳用量分别为2%、0.6%、2%和15%;15%和35%避蚊胺长效防水驱蚊乳的完全有效驱避时间分别为(11.16±0.29)h、(12.33±0.29)h,高于相同药物浓度的长效驱蚊霜和3M ULTRATHONTM驱蚊乳膏。结论本方法制备的避蚊胺长效防水驱蚊乳能有效满足军民对长时间驱蚊和防水的需求。

Objective To preparea a long-acting and water-repellent anophelifuge product.Methods Single-factor studies were conducted on the dosage of cetyl phosphate 2800 B,xanthan gum,plasdone K30 and deet,with appearance,stability,waterproofness and sustained release performance as the evaluation indices.The mosquito repellency of the prepared anophelifuge product was evaluated with the mosquitorepelling time as the evaluation index.Results The optimum dosage of cetyl phosphate 2800 B,xanthan gum,plasdone K30 and deet was 2%,0.6%,2%,and 15%respectively.The mosquito-repelling time of this anophelifuge product with 15%and 35% deet was(11.16±0.29)h and(12.33±0.29)h respectively,which was longer than that of another anophelifuge product at the same deet concentration used in the Chinese and American army.Conclusion The anophelifuge product prepared in this study can meet the needs of soldiers and civilians for long-acting and water-repellent anophelifuge products.
