《醒世姻缘传》医方整理与考辨

A Study on Prescriptions in Marriage Stories to Awaken Men

《醒世姻缘传》是一部以描写家庭生活为中心的世情小说,书中不乏一些医药的记载,如内、外、妇、儿等各科疾病以及中药方剂等。据整理统计,书中共记载18首复方和8首单方偏方。对上述医方进行统计分析,可以发现《醒世姻缘传》中用方有两个主要特点:一是流行时方,二是擅用单方偏方。这种用方特点在某种程度上正是当时民间用方实际情况的反映。烂积丸是《醒世姻缘传》中唯一载有药物组成且有方名的医方,是目前所见文献中对该方的最早记载。

Marriage Stories to Awaken Men is a full-length novel which demonstrates family life. In the book,there are lots of medical records,such as various diseases,Chinese medical herbs,prescriptions and so on. By analyzing 26 prescriptions including 18 compound recipes and 8simple recipes and experiential effective recipes in Marriage Stories to Awaken Men,we can find 2 main characteristics in the use of prescriptions: one is the wide use of non-classical prescriptions,the other is that excellent application of simple recipes and experiential effective recipes. These reflect the facts on the use of prescriptions among the people. Lanji Pill is the only one with its composition and prescription name recorded in Marriage Stories to Awaken Men. This is the first record of Lanji Pill in the current literature.
