2018年11月中国甲乙丙类传染病疫情概要

Summary of National Data of Class A,B and C Communicable Diseases in China,November 2018

2018年11月(2018年11月1日0时至11月30日24时),全国共报告法定传染病636722例,死亡2826例。其中,甲类传染病中鼠疫无发病、死亡报告,霍乱报告发病1例,无死亡。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、白喉、脊髓灰质炎、人感染H7N9禽流感和人感染高致病性禽流感无发病、死亡报告,其余21种传染病共报告发病303714例,死亡2819例。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病和猩红热,占乙类传染病报告病例总数的93%。

In November 2018 (from 0:00,1 November to 24:00,30 November),a total of 636 722 cases of notifiable communicable diseases were reported in China,including 2 826 deaths.In class A diseases,no case and death of plague were reported and l case of cholera was reported without death.No cases and deaths of severe acute respiratory syndrome,diphtheria,poliomyelitis and human infections with avian influenza A (H7N9)virus and highly pathogenic avian influenza virus in class B were reported.For the remaining 21 communicable diseases in class B,303 714 cases were reported,including 2 819 deaths.The first 5 diseases in terms of reported case number were viral hepatitis,pulmonary tuberculosis,syphilis,gonorrhea and scarlet fever,accounting for 93% of the total reported cases in class B.
