自动扶梯特殊外装饰板设计规则及安装工艺方法研究

Research on Design Rules and Installation Technical Method of Escalator Special Outside Cladding

针对自动扶梯有整体花纹布置及腹部灯框设计的特殊外装饰板装配,指出由于外装饰板之间对接的花纹必须吻合,及外装饰板固定结构的不同,按照标准外装饰板采用调节段板的装配方法,已无法适用于特殊外装饰板的安装。为了使特殊外装饰板安装后达到外观质量要求,通过对特殊外装饰板花纹拼接要求及装配结构分析,制定了特殊外装饰板相关零部件的设计技术规则,提出了特殊外装饰板安装工艺的新方法,通过装配验证,特殊外装饰板的整体外观质量完全符合客户的要求,而且装配效率得到了提高。

For special outside cladding with complete decorative pattern and soffit side lights,the standard assembly method for adjustment section is not suitable,because it is very difficult to keep alignment of the pattern at joint,and it's assembly structure is different.In order to have good visual quality,a new assembly method is proposed based on the analyze for this kind of special cladding requirement,and also technical rules is defined.The new method has be validated by the testing,the visual quality is acceptable by customers,and the assembly efficiency get improved.
