止痛如神汤在痔术后的应用效果分析

Efficacy Analysis on Zhitong Rushen Tang Applied in Postoperative Hemorrhoids

为探讨止痛如神汤在痔患者术后的应用效果,将2015年1月至2017年12月于我科接受手术治疗160例痔患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各80例,观察组术后应用止痛如神汤内服、熏洗,对照组术后应用1:5 000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴,比较2组术后并发症、住院时间及创面愈合时间。结果显示,观察组术后12 h、24 h、48 h疼痛评分及肛缘水肿、肛门出血及坠胀评分均明显低于对照组,P <0.05;住院时间、创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,P <0.05;且并发症发生率明显低于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,痔术后应用止痛如神汤内服、熏洗,能够促进创面愈合,减轻患者痛苦,具有显著应用价值。

To investigate the application effect of Zhitong Rushen Tang(a TCM decoction for stopping pain,shortly named as Tang)used after surgery for hemorrhoids,160 patients with hemorrhoids who were admitted in author's department (2015-01-2017-12)and received surgery were randomly divided into observation group(n=80,after surgery orally administered Tang,and took fuming & wash with it)and control one (n=80,adopted 1:5 000 PP for sitz bath),then both postoperative complication,as well as the time of hospitalization,and of wound-surface healing were compared.As results ,in the score on pain and on ano-edge edema,and anal bleeding as well as tenesmus at 12,24,and 48 h after surgery,in the time of hospitalication and of wound-surface healing,and in the incidence of complication,observation group was respectively lower,shorter,and shorter than control one(all,P<0.05).Results show that after surgery oral adminstration of Tang and fuming & wash with it can promote wound-surface healing,reduce patients' pain,thus has great application value.
