实施健康教育对小儿急性肠炎护理质量的影响

Influence of Health Education on the Quality of Nursing on Infantile Acute Enteronitis

为观察小儿急性肠炎接受健康教育对护理质量的影响,将我院2016年7月至2017年7月收治的90例急性肠炎患儿随机分为对照组和试验组,各45例,对照组实施常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上实施健康教育。对比2组护理质量。结果显示,试验组家属对疾病知识、行为习惯、自我管理、病情观测、心态调节等方面的的健康知识掌握程度评分明显高于对照组,且对护理工作质量的认可度明显高于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,对急性肠炎患儿家属实施健康教育,可使家属深入了解各项健康知识,提高其对护理工作的认可度,从而提高护理质量。

To investigate the influence of healthy education on the quality of nursing on inflantile acute enteronitis(IAE),90 cases of IAE were randomly divided into control group (45 cases,routine nursing)and trial group (45 cases,routine nursing plus health education),the their nursing quality was compared between the two groups.As results,in trial group the family member of patients had significant higher score than whom in control group about the mastery degree on following health knowledges cognition on disease,behaviour habit,self-care;condition observation,and mentality regulation,etc.,and had significant higher recognition on nursing quality(all,P<0.05).Results show that for IAE implementing health education can make family members of patients further understanding each health knowledge,uplift their rec- ognition on nursing quality,then improve nursing quality.
