摘要
毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷为中草药化妆品中具有标志性的有效成分。建立了中草药化妆品中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷的高效液相色谱检测方法,样品经前处理后,由十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱进行分离,梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,进样量为20μL,检测波长均为240nm。线性范围为2~200μg/mL,检测限为0.2μg/g,其相对标准偏差均小于3%,回收率为88.9%~105.6%。该方法能够准确、快速对中草药化妆品进行鉴定。
This study presents a high-performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method for the determination of calycosin-7-glucoside in herbal cosmetics.Calycosin-7-glucoside was extracted by methanol from the matrix followed by separation on a C18 reversed phase column eluted with a mobile of acetonitrile/water and detected by the diode-array detector(DAD)detector with a 240 nm wavelength.Linearity of the calibration curve is in the range of 2.0~200μg/mL and the detection limit is 0.2μg/g.Mean spike recoveries for calycosin-7-glucoside is in the range of 88.9%~105.6%,with a relative standard derivation below 3%. This method demonstrates the advantages of simplicity,reliability and low limits of quantification(LOQ).
