新疆各民族育龄妇女缺铁性贫血现状及其与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系

Iron deficiency anemia in women of childbearing age in Xinjiang and its relationship with Helicobacter pylori infection

目的探讨新疆各民族育龄妇女缺铁性贫血现状及其与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系。方法在新疆南北疆按照"中国卫生状况分类"情况[1],采用整群随机抽样的方法,抽取育龄期妇女,按年龄组分为≤30岁、31～40、≥40岁3个年龄组,同时按族别分为维吾尔族、汉族、哈萨克族。调查育龄妇女(15～49)岁1000例。1.检测生化指标,即血红蛋白浓度、红细胞计数,平均红细胞体积、血清铁和血清铁蛋白浓度。2.对上述检测结果符合缺铁性贫血诊断标准的人群作为实验组,同等数量非缺铁性贫血者作为对照组,行14C呼气实验,进行HP感染检测。3.实验组和对照组均和幽门螺杆菌感染进行相关分析。结果在所调查的1000名年龄(15～49)岁育龄妇女中,血红蛋白平均值为113.8 g/L,贫血发生率为38.5%,血清铁平均值为11.18 umol/L,⑴血清铁蛋白的平均值为112.9 ug/L。⑵缺铁性贫血患者中HP感染率51.5%。结论新疆育龄妇女缺铁性贫血发生率略高于全国平均水平,且与HP感染有关, HP感染妇女缺铁性贫血发生率较未感染者高。

Objective To explore the current status of iron-deficiency anemia among women of childbearing age in Xinjiang and its relationship with Helicobacter pylori infection. Method In our district, according to the "Classification of China’s Health Status " [1], a cluster random sampling method was used to collect women of childbearing age, and age groups were ≤30 years old, 31~40 years old,and ≥40 years old. It is divided into the Uygur, Han and Kazak ethnic groups. 1000 women of childbearing age(15~49 years old)were investigated. 1. Biochemical indicators, namely hemoglobin concentration, red blood cell count, mean red blood cell volume, serum iron and serum ferritin concentrations were detected. 2. For those groups whose test results met the diagnostic criteria for iron deficiency anemia as the experimental group, the same number of non-iron deficiency anemia as the control group were subjected to 14 C breath test for detection of HP infection. 3. The experimental group and the control group were correlated with Helicobacter pylori infection. Results 1.Among the 1,000 women of childbearing age at the age of 15 years investigated, the mean value of hemoglobin was 113.8 g/L. The incidence of anaemia was 38.5%, the average serum iron was 11.18 umol/L, and the average serum ferritin was(1)The value was 112.9 ug/L, and anemia patients were mainly iron deficiency anemia.(2)The rate of HP infection in patients with iron deficiency anemia was51.5%. Conclusion The incidence of iron-deficiency anemia in women of childbearing age in Xinjiang is slightly higher than that of the national average, and is associated with HP infection. The incidence of iron-deficiency anemia in women with HP infection is higher than that of non-infected women.
