摘要
分析了球阀在低温试验中阀座密封唇形圈爆裂的原因,探讨了阀座圈与座圈孔间隙过大改为小间隙配合的优化结构尺寸选择,试验研究了唇形圈在液氮下的低温收缩率和恢复常温的变化速率,通过冷装配工艺方法解决了阀座组件小间隙装配问题。
The reason why the seat seal lip ring of the ball valve burst in the low temperature test is analyzed,the optimum structure size selection of valve seat ring and seat ring hole is discussed by changing too large clearance into small clearance, the cryogenic shrinkage rate and normal temperature recovery rate of the lip ring under liquid nitrogen are studied, through the cold assembly method solves the problem of small gap assembly process.
