摘要
介绍了加氢装置大型化新工艺及智能化炼厂建设对高压阀门控制、操作及长周期安全运行的技术要求。分析了加氢装置用高压阀门不同的工况条件下阀门结构设计、材质选择、制造及检验和试验规程。指出了加氢装置用高压阀门国产化需要解决的问题和发展趋势。提出了提高阀门批量生产质量,完善外购配件质量控制,优化产品细节设计和装配工艺,加强阀门加氢新工艺产品研发的改进措施。
This paper introduces the new technology of large-scale hydrogenation plant and the technical requirements of intelligent refinery construction for the control,o peration and long period safe operation of high-pressure valve. The structural design,material selection,manufacture, inspection and test procedures of high-pressure valves used in hydrogenation plant under different working conditions are analyzed. The problems to be solved and the developing trend of domestic production of high-pressure valves for hydrogenation units are pointed out. The improvement measures are put forward to improve the quality of valve mass production,perfect the quality control of outsourcing parts,o ptimize the product detail design and assembly process,and strengthen the r&d of new valve hydrogenation process products.
