This paper analyzes the characteristics of the valve leakage fault signal,discusses the methods of extracting signal by eliminating interference,introduces a kind of anti-interference detection device for leakage acoustic emission signal with adaptive filtering function,which is specially designed for engineering applications. The characteristics of strong filtering ability,fast signal processing,accuracy and reliability in practical application of the detection device are discussed.
