施氮量对滴灌高产春大豆干物质积累及转运特性的影响 被引量:12

Effect of nitrogen application on the dry matter accumulation and transport characteristics of high yield spring soybean under drip irrigation

摘要 为揭示不同施氮量对滴灌高产春大豆干物质积累及转运的影响。在大田条件下,分析4种施氮量(0、75、150和225kg/hm2)处理对滴灌高产春大豆干物质积累及其对茎秆干物质转运的情况。结果表明:增加施氮量增加叶面积指数主要是主茎7~19节叶面积增加的结果;施氮肥增加干物质的积累,当干物质积累量达到最大时,增加干物质量主要是茎秆中上部节杆物质积累量增加的结果;施氮肥增加茎秆中上部节物质向籽粒的转移量、转移率和对粒重的贡献率和产量。施氮肥增加植株中上部节叶面积,提高茎秆干物质的积累量,并提高向籽粒的转移量、转移率和对粒重的贡献率。以N150处理的产量较高为4 889.62kg/hm2,其最大干物质量为16 133.8kg/hm2,其中,茎秆干物质为5 364.7kg/hm2,茎秆干物质向籽粒转移量为1 830.5kg/hm2、转移率为34.12%。 In order to reveal the effect of different nitrogen application on the dry matter accumulation and transport of high yielding spring soybean under drip irrigation,the effects of 4 kinds of nitrogen application(0,75,150,225 kg/hm2)on the accumulation of high yield spring soybean dry matter in drip irrigation and the transport of dry matter in stem were studied under field conditions.The results showed that:The increase of the leaf area index by increasing the amount of nitrogen application was the result of the increase of the 7-19 leaf area of the main stem;Nitrogen application increased dry matter accumulation.When the amount of dry matter accumulation reached the maximum,the increase of dry matter was mainly due to the increase of the accumulation of dry matter in the middle and upper part of the stem;Increasing nitrogen application improved the dry matter translocation amount and translocation ratio from the upper and middle parts of the stem to seed,the contribution the upper and middle parts of the stem to seed and yield.The Nitrogen application increased the middle and upper leaf area in the plant,the accumulation of dry matter in the stem,and its transfer to the seed.The transfer rate and the contribution to the seed weight was the reason to increase the soybean yield.The yield of N150 treatment was 4 889.62 kg/hm2,and the maximum dry matter mass was 1 613.38 kg/m2,among which the stem dry matter was 5 364.7 kg/hm2,stem dry matter translocation amount szx 1 830.5 kg/hm2 and transfer rate was 34.12%.
