摘要
针对武器装备减重和电磁屏蔽设计需求,文中采用镀镍碳纤维和碳纤维增强复合材料作为机箱主材料,配合层间电磁增强和缝隙、搭接等部位的电连接设计,利用热压罐成型工艺制备了电磁防护复合材料机箱。按照GJB 151B-2013的相关要求对机箱的电磁兼容性进行了测试,测试频率范围为30MHz~18 GHz,并验证了所用成型工艺的可行性。测试结果表明,与相同结构的铝制机箱相比,该机箱质量降低了31.4%,其电磁兼容性满足RE102辐射极限值要求。采用该工艺制作的碳纤维电磁防护机箱具有质量轻、强度高、成型快、成本低、屏蔽性能好、环境适应性强等优点,具有较高的工程价值和发展前景。
Based on the lightweight and electromagnetic shielding design requirement of military equipment,the fiber enforced composite material case is made of nickel-coated carbon fiber and composite materials adopting autoclave process.The electromagnetic enforcement design of the interlamination and electric connection on the lap-joint and gap are done before the composite material case design.The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the case is tested with the test frequency of 30 MHz ~ 18 GHz based on GJB 151B-2013 standard.And the effectiveness and feasibility of the autoclave process are verified.The test results show that compared to the aluminum case with the same structure,the weight of this case is reduced by 31.4% and its electromagnetic shielding effectiveness satisfies the RE102 electromagnetic emission and susceptibility requirements.Due to the advantages of light weight,high intensity,rapid molding,low cost,excellent electromagnetic shielding performance and environmental adaptability,this case has high engineering value and a bright future.
