暴恐极端思想对我国高校的渗透与防控 被引量:3

The Infiltration, Prevention, and Control of Extreme Thoughts of Terrorism in Chinese Universities

摘要 高等学校历来都是暴恐宗教极端组织实施恐怖袭击和传播暴恐宗教极端思想的必争之地。近年来,暴恐宗教极端思想在高校的渗透传播愈加激烈。为有效防控暴恐宗教极端思想的侵入,增强高校整体反恐应对能力,以发生在我国部分高校内的暴恐宗教极端思想渗透传播事件为例,结合美国马里兰州大学全球恐怖主义研究数据库记录,评估我国高校受暴恐宗教极端思想侵蚀状况,分析其发生的特点与原因,提出防控高校暴恐宗教极端思想传播渗透的路径,以期对高校在应对暴恐宗教极端思想传播渗透方面提供重要的参考价值。 Colleges and universities have long been a battle field of conducting terrorism attacks and spreading extreme religious ideologies by violence and extremism organizations. The number of infiltration cases of extreme religious ideologies has been increasing in recent years. In order to effectively prevent and control the invasion of extreme ideologies of violence and terror and religious, and enhance the overall counter-terrorism responsible abilities of colleges and universities, it is necessary to assess the current situations of the infiltration of extreme ideologies among university students. Combining GTD database records, accidents of extreme ideologies of violence and terrorism in several colleges and universities in China are used to analyze the characteristics and causes of the occurrence. Strategies of preventing and controlling the spread of the infiltration and dissemination of the extreme ideologies are also discussed.
