摘要
目的:研究尼泊尔酸模根的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20、反相柱层析、半制备高效液相色谱法等各种色谱方法对尼泊尔酸模的干燥根进行分离纯化,并利用现代波谱分析方法对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从尼泊尔酸模根中分离鉴定得到12个化合物,其中9个蒽醌类化合物和3个酚性化合物,分别鉴定为:大黄素(1)、大黄素甲醚(2)、大黄酚(3)、大黄酸(4)、martianine(5)、rumejaposide E(6)、rumejaposide F(7)、atientoside A(8)、atientoside B(9)、torachrysone-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10)、patientoside A(11)、白藜芦醇(12)。结论:其中,化合物5~12为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Rumex nepalensis.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatography with slica gel,ODS and semi-preparative HPLC.And their structures were elucidated by modern spectroscopic methods.Results:Twelve compounds including nine anthraquinones and three phenolic constituents were isolated from Rumex nepalensis,and were determined as emodin(1),physcion(2),chrysophanol(3),rhein(4),martianine(5),rumejaposide E(6),rumejaposide F(7)、atientoside A(8),atientoside B(9),torachrysone-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),patientoside A(11)and resveratrol(12).Conclusion:Compounds 5~12 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
