费菜总黄酮的抗氧化活性研究 被引量:3

摘要 以抗坏血酸(VC)和叔丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)做阳性对照,采用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)、羟自由基(OH·)、超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)、还原力、总抗氧化能力、2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)阳离子自由基和脂质过氧化抑制能力体外抗氧化活性模型,评价费菜总黄酮的抗氧化活性。结果表明,费菜总黄酮的抗氧化活性随着黄酮浓度的增加呈上升趋势。在高浓度时,费菜总黄酮的DPPH·清除率、OH·清除率及亚铁还原能力试验(FRAP)值均显著大于BHA;当费菜总黄酮浓度高于54.8μg·mL-1时,对DPPH·的清除率极显著大于VC;当浓度为48.6~68.0μg·m L-1,OH·清除率与VC差异不大。此外,其他抗氧化指标在测定范围内活性均显著小于VC。费菜总黄酮具有较强的抗氧化活性,可作为健康食品原料开发及利用。 The antio xidant activity of total flavonoids was evaluated by DPPH radical(DPPH·), hydroxyl radical(OH·), superoxide anion radical(O2^-·), reducing power, ferrous ions chelating activities, 2,2-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonicacid)(ABTS^+·) radical and lipid peroxidation using butylated hydroxyanisole(BHA) and VC as the reference standard. The results showed that the antioxidant ability increased with the increase of the concentration of flavonoids. At high concentration, the scavenging effects of flavonoids from Sedum aizoon L. on DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical and fraction on ferrous ions chelating activities were significantly higher than those of BHA. When the concentration was 54.8 μg·mL^-1, the scavenging rate on DPPH radical were significantly greater than that of VC. When the concentration was 48.6 -68.0 μg·mL^-1, the scavenging rate on hydroxyl radical was closed to VC. In addition, the activities of the other indexes were significantly lower than VC. Therefore, the flavonoids in Sedum aizoon L. had strong antioxidant activity and could be used as raw materials for the development and utilization of health foods.
