通过研究某央企数据中心成功实施GB/T33136《信息技术服务数据中心服务能力成熟度模型》贯标,分析了数据中心应用该模型指导服务能力框架及服务能力体系建设,介绍了GB/T33136在数据中心中的应用实践、贯标方法及贯标成效,为数据中心运营管理提供借鉴。

By studying of the successful implementation of GB/T 33136 "Information Technology Service-Data Center Service Capability Maturity Model" in a central enterprise data center,this paper analyzes the application of this model to guide the construction of service capability framework and service capability system,and describes the application practice,the method and the effect of the implementation of the standards GB/T 33136 in the data center.and provide a reference for the operation and management of the data center.
