中医视野下“寿文化”内涵浅析

Research on the Connotation of "Longevity Culture" from the Perspective of Chinese Medicine

通过对"寿"字的起源与含义的释读,分析寿文化在中国传统文化中的寓意及文化特征。其特征主要体现于以长寿为目的的延寿文化,以尊老为风尚的贺寿文化以及与自然崇拜相关的寓寿文化三个方面;同时,寿文化中亦渗透着医药元素,如桂枝、灵芝、桃、仙鹤草等在祝寿文化、延寿文化、寓寿文化中的广泛应用。结合其文化特点与药用特性,探讨其中的内涵与寓意,从而向读者展现中药与传统寿文化的交融。

Through the interpretation of the origin and meaning of the word "shou", this paper analyzes the implication and cultural characteristics of Shou culture in traditional Chinese culture. Its characteristics are mainly embodied in three aspects, which are the life-prolonging culture with the aim of longevity, the birthday celebration culture of respecting the old, and the longevity culture related to the nature worship. Then, this paper introduces the application of Guizhi, Lingzhi, Peach, Hairyvein Agrimony in the longevity, life-prolonging and symbol of longevity culture, which are widely used in traditional Chinese medicine. Combined with its cultural characteristics and medicinal properties, this paper discusses the connotation and value of traditional Chinese medicine in the tradition longevity culture.
